Please add 10.75 % tax and $100 cleaning fee
Bookings are on a first come, first serve basis, so please book early to be sure of your dates.
A 30% deposit will hold your booking. The balance of the total vacation cost is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations must be made no later than 45 days prior to arrival for full refund, ( minus any banking or processing costs if there were any.)
Any cancellations later than 45 days will of course be refunded any days of the cancelled stay that are filled by another booking.
