The master bedroom is spacious with its own private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom looks out to the tree-lined back patio with an adjacent bathroom next door. Downstairs is a multi-use room which can be used as a 3rd bedroom, it also works well as an office with its built in custom cabinets and desk.

 

The fully equipped kitchen is steps away from the patio. With a state of the art BBQ, murmuring fountain, and plenty of outdoor seating, the patio is a delightful spot in which to relax and entertain. The formal dining room can sit eight of your friends and family to share in a meal. The gas fireplace gives a warm ambiance to the living room. Comfortable,  elegant furniture add to the quality of this urban sanctuary. 
 

This clean and classic 1900s Victorian rowhouse has been furnished with everything needed to maximize your relaxation and entertaining. The home has a great flow, from the Inviting front entrance to the private and welcoming backyard.  The home is spotlessly clean and well appointed.  It is carefully maintained, the garden is well manicured, the beautiful hardwood floors glow, and the windows sparkle.

 

You also have easy parking for 2 cars in the double garage just off the garden. It opens with a convenient remote control door opener.

 

In addition, there are flat-screen TVs with cable and DVD / Blu-ray. There is also high-speed secure wireless internet access throughout the house.  Your urban retreat is located on one lane one-way neighborhood street.  All the windows are double hung, so the home is extremely quiet. It is hard to believe that a home so close to downtown can be so peaceful.  

 

The large shaded patio is great for outdoor enjoyment. There is a large state of the art gas grill, a water fountain that softly burble, and outdoor dining and seating.  The wireless signal is strong throughout the grounds with fine reception in the garden. 

 

The kitchen is fully equipped, and has a small area for informal dining. There is also a formal dining room adjacent to the kitchen.

Everything has been thought of to make your stay one of ease, comfort, and warmth. The top of the line queen-size beds boast 500 thread count linens. The fully appointed kitchen is stocked with everything you will need down to spices and condiments. The bathrooms have plush towels, shampoo, blowdryers, and sundries.

 

You can rent the house in any configuration you like. From a one bedroom, one bath for use by a single couple, to the full 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath for as many as 6. We simply have the maid come by and close off the bedrooms you won't need and price the stay accordingly.

The 16th Street Mall, the Convention Center, the Civic Center, the Denver Art Museum, and transportation to the major Sports Stadiums are all close by. Shops and restaurants are only a 5 minute walk away.  It is easy access to I-25 and I-70 to get from the airport, and only minutes from Coors Field, Mile-High Stadium, Pepsi Center, and the Denver Coliseum.
